I currently work as a Systems Administrator at Three Rivers Planning and Development District — and Bolin Tech Solutions is how I bring that same expertise directly to my community after hours. Field Technician
IBM is one of the world's most iconic technology companies, and this is where my IT career began. As a field technician I was responsible for servicing and repairing the full range of IBM hardware in the field — including commercial printers, point-of-sale systems, laptops, desktops, and small- to mid-size servers deployed at businesses across the region.

Every day brought a different problem to solve on different hardware, teaching me how to diagnose quickly, work efficiently, and deliver results under pressure. IBM's culture of precision and accountability set the standard I still hold myself to today.

Programmer
ITS is the central technology agency for the State of Mississippi, responsible for delivering IT infrastructure and solutions to every state agency and department. Working here meant writing software that impacted thousands of state employees and Mississippi citizens every single day.

As a programmer I developed and maintained applications for state government systems, working across multiple platforms and codebases. One of the most significant achievements of my time here was being part of the team that helped build what was the 3rd fastest mainframe in the Southeast at the time — a project that pushed the boundaries of what state government computing could do and gave me deep hands-on experience with enterprise-scale infrastructure that very few technicians ever get.
